Lab Report
This lab report was one of my first lab reports I was assigned. It was for Microbiology lab and we were to report what we had seen on our plates after we had performed a gram stain on a bacteria.
Lab Report
This assignment was a year long assignment. We were assigned an unknown bacteria and given different techniques throughout the semester to determine which bacterium the professor had assigned us. Because of the test and streaking of the plates, I was able to conclude that my unknown was Escherichia coli and Enterobacter aerogenes.
Lab Report
This lab report was about a lab experiment I did in Organic Chemistry 1 lab; it was focused on thin layer chromatography. The reason for doing the experiment was to become familiar with the principles and the different terminology of TLC chromatography to be able to identify an unknown molecule based on the comparisons with known laboratory standards and Rf factors.
